The Telecommunications Building Pardubice is a building constructed between 1980 and 1986. The complex consists of a transit exchange building owned by CETIN and an adjacent telecommunications tower belonging to Czech Radio Communications. The design of the exchange building was developed in 1979 by Ing. arch. Jan Winkler.
