Pardubice Hospital currently consists of five clinics, namely the Internal Clinic, the Surgical Clinic, the Neurological Clinic, the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Clinic and the Clinic of Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery, and forty departments. The hospital has over 950 beds and more than 2,000 employees, it also has a regional laundry, economic and technical facilities and a modern catering operation.
The Pardubice Hospital also houses six highly specialised care centres. In recent years, the hospital has been experiencing significant construction development to the necessary renewal of the infrastructure of the Pardubice Hospital campus.
