Statek Habrovka

The Habrovka farmhouse is located in a secluded area near a forest, surrounded by a field. It lies 5km from Chrudim in the direction of Seč. The farmhouse is in a rustic style has undergone partial reconstruction so that it can be used as a location for filming / shooting and also for events such as weddings, teambuilding etc.

The farmhouse has a living area which consists of a main room, a separate room, two bathrooms with toilet and a dormitory. In this building there is also a bar and a barn in the second part. In the second building there is a second barn and an outside washroom with a toilet. The property also has a courtyard, gardens with a pergola and fireplace, a grassy field, meadow, pond and of course ample parking in front of the entrance. In the meadow below the house is a project roller (see web, photo). The area of the property is around 4000 m².

The yard can be accessed by truck. Electricity 230V and 380V, Wifi. All equipment is available, there are also decorations for events available, or there is no problem moving the equipment under the roof of one of the barns.
