A house with a cultural club from the 1980s and a multi-purpose hall with a capacity of 600 seats. Performances, concerts and various shows are held in the culture house. They provide lighting and sound equipment. There is a stage, a hall, a bar, dressing rooms, lounges. The Poprad Hotel and the Popráč Restaurant are adjacent to the building. There are two mosaics on the façade of the KD from V. Zeman.
